Terrible employees. This cute old lady was looking for a specific item, and couldn't go down the stairs to look because of her hips. The employee simply said "I don't know what's down there, we might not have it" and brushed the old lady off. My friend i was with helped the old lady for 10 minutes and helped her find exactly what she wanted. The employee could have easily done this, but was too lazy and couldn't be bothered.

A.C. Moore started their liquidation today, so a lot of there stuff is %50 off at the moment. I Needed some 24"x36" picture frames for some posters I wanted to put up and found a frame that says $12.99 on it. I take it to the register and they say it's half off from $34.99 which is the same price for a higher grade frame in the same section of the store. ( Which is exactly why I chose to get the$12.99 frame cause I didn't need something that high grade.) So naturally I say that the $34.99 price is for a higher grade frame and not for this one which clearly says it's $12.99 on it. They call the manager and say they will half off from the value price of $29.99 which is roughly $14.99. So now it's more expensive than the original price the frame was selling for... ??? At least the staff was very kind and willing to help. (The manager on the other hand, had some attitude and probably was completely clueless as to what original price was on the frame...) I'm not too surprised they are going out of business to be honest... They even got the price wrong on their website...The image on their web site clearly says "$12.99" in big letters with "value $29.99" on the bottom of it in smaller letters.

Extremely disappointed and may not ever return. I was there for a little over an hour and during that time not one single employee asked me if I needed help finding anything. I had purchased 4 items and 3 of those had a sign up saying the product line was 50% off. Got the items to the register and asked about the 50% off sign and cashier who is an older lady acted like I was a huge inconvenience by asking about it and she even implied that I was wrong. She didn't believe me so left the register to check for herself. She tried telling me about a green and yellow marked ticket or whatever but not once was that told to me upon entering the store and it was not a disclaimer on the sign. She got annoyed that I was questioning the sign and prices, she had even asked me in an arrogant tone "so do you still want those or not?" The prices under the items don't even show an original ticket price. I did purchase these items at 25% off but the 50% off, like their sign showed, should have been honored. I will be calling and making a major complaint about this. The prices are absolutely ridiculous and the employees seem to only care about getting a pay check. Worst customer service ever and I do not reccomend them.
