Domino's Pizza

Honestly order pizza from this place to much but every other day after a long day working I order 3 to 4 different thing and it's always right the first time I don't even have to check my food when I order from here because I know it's done well and 100% correct

I would really like to talk directly to the local store and not a call center. I could barely understand the person on the phone. I hung up and finally got to the local store and ordered. Pizza is good and my wife is addicted to the parmesan bites.

After placing an order with the new call center answering service (not local by the way) I was told Rathdrum Dominos doesnt deliver to my house in Twin Lakes!? Which I have lived in this house since they started delivery out here last year in 2021. They have been to my house a few times. So I was transferred to the Rathdrum store. Someone answered the phone with no greeting and placed the phone on the counter. Where for over 10min I had to hear a bunch of kids yelling and goofing off. So I hung up and called Pizza Hut. I dont mind paying the extra price for someone to professionally answer the phone and deliver to my area no questions asked! If youre going to advertise delivery for new locations and use a call center for orders. You may want too update your new coverage areas!

Ordered here several times over the years but not the last 2 as they always mix the order up. Tried tonight and sure enough my sausage pizza turned out to be only cheese. I did not keep the receipt so do not know if I was charged for sausage or not but guess I finally learned my lesson. If you order check it before you leave and be prepared to wait until your right order is finished.

Ordered to medium pizzas and had them delivered, soon as I open the box I can see that they essentially just only put cheese on one of the pizzas and literally a tablespoon of sauce. The other pizza was the exact opposite, too much sauce and little to none cheese. Made a report with corporate and they said they would contact me. Then I get a call from the store and I answer and their oblivious to my complaints of wanting a refund. Wouldnt recommend ordering from this dominos, the staff are lazy and dont train their members the last 4 pizzas Ive ordered from the have all been garbage. Had on deliever to me and it was dropped and they didnt give me any sort of compensation. If your looking for good pizza place for the family or yourself I would recommend papa Murphys or honestly a frozen pizza over what you they make.
