        we had some really bad luck for a couple of weeks (house fire, totaled car, truck broke down) and when our truck broke down, we decided to take it to Lamont's as they had good prices and had really great reviews. Troy was great about keeping us informed and really tried his best to diagnose the truck without costing us an arm and a leg. We found out the truck isn't fixable, but he helped us out a lot with our invoice and gave us great advice. would recommend anyone to take their vehicles to his shop and will definitely bring our other vehicle here.

        Rip off! They tried to charge me $275 for an oil change with fuel filter when my dealership charges me $180 for the same thing. I got them down to $225 but I won't be scammed again. BEWARE!

      I'm so sorry you feel that way! We gave you a good deal ma'am. We have contacted a VW dealer, and they charge no labor for installation of fuel filters on that vehicle, which can be done at a dealership considering they charge 10 times more than us little guys on most EVERYTHING ELSE! We DO NOT rip off our customers! If you knew about the automotive industry you would understand this. Sorry you were unhappy with our service. You own a Diesel car, those repairs and maintenance are NOT CHEAP!!!
