        Between my girlfriend and her best friend trying to get a long, the communication was poor, low level of customer service and incredible low patient level. This branch does not call you back. In fact, they would rather spend more time accusing you of providing false information to them rather than them asking more questions and doing customer service related things. Absolutely pathetic and not worth your time.

        These girls were absolutely amazing. They were able to help me save my place so I didn't get evicted didn't get evicted. I went back and also filed my taxes through them and again they were incredible. They were the most helpful people that I have encountered in a long time given the circumstances I'm currently in. I would absolutely recommend anybody going there because had I went anywhere else I probably would be on the streets right now. On a side note, I had come across come across a puppy that needed to be rehomed which one of the girls took in. I am so grateful for them.
