        Seems like a decent credit union. The operational side of things seems a bit antiquated but otherwise it's alright.

        I've been with this bank for 6 years and they won't even work with me on a loan or turn my over draft on to pay my rent. I've explained to them that I desperately need it an hey won even lift a finger to help me after the business I've gave them and referred people to them. Don't use them they will not be there for you even though they say it all the time.

        Looks like I'm not the only one having problems with the phone system! I've been waiting on line for 10 minutes now and that bot comes on telling me I have another 20 minutes on hold!!! What? Do you only have one person answering the phones? You need to hire more people if that's the case! Come on P1FCU , we can do better!

        A great CU and esp for auto loans. I always have good service. I might take a half point off for over payments not going on principle without elbow grease. Anyway it all goes strat at payoff time. In context you battle this at most lenders. Ford and Toyota Credit aps make the process a hair easier. But many cars don't qualify for Corp lending. P1FCU is my go to lender. Thank you P1FCU

      P1FCU is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative. We have grown to now serve members in 19 counties in Idaho, 8 counties in Oregon and the entire state of Washington. We were organized by a group of individuals with the desire to make lending more readily available for employees of Potlatch Forests, Inc. Over 80 years later we are staying true to our organizational values while servicing members in a tri-state region.
