The most incompetent bank I've ever had to work with. The people at the branch are nice. But, I closed out my account in 2019. Every year they charge me $150 for fees associated with my closed out bank account! Every year I call and send letters, and every year they tell me they have resolved the problem and removed the fees and that I shouldn't receive any more bills. But (you guessed it) the next year I receive a bill with $150 annual charges piling up... Don't bank here. There are so many other BETTER community banks that actually do a good job. If you bank here, you'll literally never be rid of them.

Nothing but excellence and friendly make you feel comfortable they remember you fabulous. Are there different options are accommodating to each individual and they spend as much time with you as needed it is absolutely fabulous never have I been treated so kindly and professionally. Best bank ever I love them

I h have never had a bank in all my years take care if me like they do in the post falls branch very professional and helpful with all my needs. Friendly and easy to talk to i closed my account here but I will say that I'm going to miss all the women that work here.
