Had a brake problem & happened upon Meineke....
Seth & his crew were able to take me in & get me back on the road! Seth has been the owner since 2018! Seems like a real hard working mechanic who is trying to do what is right! His staff seems to be the same!

Went into the location, no one was there to help me. I called the number On the flyer they sent me in the mail. Turns out it is a call center. Scheduled an appointment with them through the call center, I showed up at my scheduled time for the representative at the location to tell me they can't get me in and not to use the call center. Went to QuickLube instead and they were great.

Took my truck that i had just bought in to get a muffler and tail pipe put on and checked out for an overheating issue and the dude came out and tried telling me i had a blown head gasket... Well im not stupid and im not giving you $1500 to fix something that aint broke. There was no coolant in the oil and the compression test showed the water pump was going. He also was trying to rope me into ball joints and a pittman arm and idler arm. Seriously? What a douche.
