Awful experience. No communication, no follow through. They cancelled one policy and not the other. Our actual agent never did get back to us after several attempts. We finally had to call. Then they charged us $50 to cancel. Do not go here

Just wish they would pick up the phone, like ever.. was calling as I am thinking about switching up insurances and, much like every time I have tried to contact them over the last eight years, nobody answers. I think that was the final nail in the coffin, USAA here I come.

I've been with them for over 25 years. Since they were in a little yellow house by the freeway, and they are amazing! They help me with my personal and commercial policies. They've always been great to work with.

I learned about Dickinson Insurance from a business competitor who generously shared their insurance provider. Since then, I've become a loyal customer of Dickinson Insurance. Their rates are unmatched, and their customer service is exceptional. I've recommended their services to my family and many neighbors multiple times! 5 stars for this company! 5 stars for my agent Bri!

My experience with Dickinson insurance has been consistently poor. They are constantly difficult to reach, rude, and always play phone tag while refusing to respond to emails. Incredibly frustrated with how they have conducted business with me as a client and I will no longer be using their services.
