Although I have had limited encounters with the majority of the staff of Sawtooth Flats I have had multiple conversations with the Leasing Manager named Candace Edwards, and I am beyond impressed with the intricate knowledge of her profession had by Ms. Edwards. She has exceeded, expectations, modeled exceptional character during high stress times and she puts the residents and/or potential residents first. She is able to connect with people in such an authentic way. never before have I met a more magical, profesional and trustworthy person. She is truly a gift to anyone who is looking for a really nice place to call home.

The property manager, Candace, is incredible! Full of positive, warm energy. The process to get us moved in was swift and clear. Candace was so helpful and answered my litany of questions promptly and concisely. The units are clean and cared for very well. We are looking forward to calling this place home for the next year!

Sawtooth Flats are a great place that I can call home. Apartments are very tidy, new, spacious, and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any questions you have. I had a chance working with Candace on signing my lease and it went smooth without any complications. If you are looking for a great area, brand new apartments and lovely crew, this is your address!
