Great apartment complex. We had decided to renew our lease when it came up and stayed for a couple years. The staff is great and responded very quickly whenever we had maintenance requests. They keep the grounds well maintained especially in the summer. On our end of the complex (near the leasing office) we have had great parking availability and I never had to park on the street even if we got home after ten. I would definitely recommend!

I do have to agree with previous post about parking - the parking is a nightmare for sure. I usually have to park 3 buildings away for everyone gets home before myself. Its not right that people who have two cars can park up front when there is only one person/driver in the apartment. I think they should open up the field behind the units that is all grass & make it parking to take care of this situation. Im glad they have someone responsible in the office now. The last girl kept getting my payments wrong and would even put notes on my door saying I owed when I did not. Other than that - the noise volume is very good & I feel that the apartments are insulated well to help keep down the noise.

Other than the construction work in the morning/afternoon(I would honestly give the review a 4.5 out of 5 if I could), Crown Pointe has definitely been a great start. Kelsie was very responsive and accommodating when assisting me with the application process, and was prompt in answering the many questions I had; the construction workers are friendly and are willing to assist when asked questions; The unit I am staying inside and out is very nice, and it is already feeling like home. It's very quiet and peaceful in the evenings, which is definitely appreciated. I wanted to share these words if only because of the great experience I have had here so far Follow-up review several months later on 9/7/2020: I still really enjoy the place I am living at, and I just wanted to share that I really believe it to be a flexible home without strings being attached to a very expensive mortgage for a home of similar quality. I think that garage apartment/carriage house units are definitely very accommodating(the rates are also reasonable) and a nice medium for those who would enjoy living in a mini version of a home yet not have to struggle making mortgage payments after putting 20 percent down for a home potentially worth $200,000 or more. I believe the money spent every month to keep a roof over my head is worth it due to the quality of the home I get to enjoy as well as the flexibility to move if and when I decide to. The staff has still been pleasant as well as my close neighbors being accommodating and helpful in providing a pleasant neighborhood. Just thought I would follow up. Follow-up review several months later on 4/24/2021: It's been worth every penny so far; the yearly rent increase was fair, only being about $50, which was very nice with the current state of events. If you are comfortable with cold weather and cloudy yet at times beautiful snowy winters that eventually transition to beautiful springs, the area would definitely be accommodating. Neighbors are a little mixed, some smile and wave when you say hello while others tend to look the other way, but it's overall an accommodating atmosphere for the most part. It's been a great place to build yourself from the ground up, at least for me, and has been a safe haven during the pandemic. If rent prices continue to remain relatively fair, I would say this is one of the best areas to be in for the value and cost of living, and I think other apartment complexes could learn by example how you can make a rental feel like home instead of just another rented motel/hotel kind of feeling. The office and staff have been very respectful and treat residents to where you actually feel at home. Other than construction, which will inevitably be finished, I think the complex has overall been a great experience over the past year, and I hope it will continue this way for those who have or will call it home for a time, whether presently or in the future Follow-up Review Several Months Later on 11/21/2021: Despite the chaos and strife currently according throughout the nation and in the news, this has still been a safe haven for me. It truly has been a good home for my cat and I, and I believe it's been worth every penny living here so far; however, I do hope, with seeing the cost of rent going up on the website, that they will become a wee bit more affordable relative to what I am paying atm(been renting here for around 2 years now) by March and that prices will remain fair. Other than that, it's definitely been a good place to build myself from the ground up, and I believe it's been worth it as I continue finding solace when I go into the forested mountains around me, particularly Canfield Follow up Review 12/26/2023: Almost Four Years of living here, I am forever thankful I have had & have such a good place to heal & grow myself as I continue ahead indeed on my journey
