Horrible to do business with they allow there employees to get drunk everyday at Duffy's bar "for lunch" and return to work...they let shay and her mom get drunk at lunch everyday and return to work not only that any packages that they dispose of shay and her mom steal saying they got lossed in shipping... have been told buy her boyfriend about shoes that he's been wearing and a Tonka truck and patio furniture and multiple other items that have yet to be discovered so if you want you packages or other items returned or shipped I recommend going somewhere else

Customer service was good, but you need an off road vehicle just to drive through the dilapidated parking lot.

Shay helped us so much! we couldnt find a box to ship a saddle pad anywhere. She went through 4 options of boxs to get the shipping to a decent price and to get the pad to fit just right. She was awesome and super helpful

If I could give no stars I would. Have a po box and sometimes people who send we things forget to put the box number. I had been waiting for a $400 check from a company that they verified they had sent. I also noticed that I have been getting next to nothing in my box for several weeks. I checked with them, figured they world have it somewhere in the back and learned that they shred the mail that has no box number. The manager confirmed that she and another manager shredded them unless they have an actual stamp. The owner tried to excuse it by saying in the agreement they are able to send mail without a number back to the po, but I never consented to have my mail destroyed. Already complained with the BBB, next stop is small claims. Dont trust these people with any mail. Un real *Months later, different employees, still all incompetent. They literally were unable to print a shipping label for me. Claimed the manager is the only one and they weren't there. Unbelievably ridiculous and lazy
