        We just moved out and got our email with our security deposit information. They kept the whole thing pretty much and we aren't the only ones. Listen to the reviews. They nickel and dime every penny when you move out. We left it cleaner than it was when we moved in. I spent days cleaning it when we first moved in. I read the reviews and we still took the chance. Definitely head what they say. Don't rent from these guys. They also have you pay for the carpet cleaning which is understandable but ours was $400 on top of the deposit , so keep that in mind.

        Once there was an issue with where I was staying and I called over 100 times over two weeks before I got a response. The worst landlords ever. Don't rent with them. It seems like they spend most of their time on here responding to reviews rather than helping their tenants.
