        I cannot believe how rude and downright unprofessional their MANAGER, Brandon, is! He cancelled my layaway BEFORE the due date per their layaway policy then refused to refund my money. During my time in the store he made racist and sexist "jokes" to the other employees and you could tell even they were uncomfortable, let alone how offensive and disrespectful that is to the customers. What a shame Pawn1 chooses people like him to represent their brand.

        Bought tv from them guy I bought tv from must be a new young employee was not the greatest but the Lady who's been there awhile was TOTALLY AWSOME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE EVEN SOLD ME AND MY FAMILY THE PROTECTION PLAN WITH GREAT POLITENESS MADE ME HAPPY TO BUY THE PROTECTION PLN. NOW IM SAFE FOR SIX MONTHS. AWSOME THNKS MISS LADY AND THK U PAWN ONE MERRY X MAS
