My parents own a lot next to one of Mr. Lackey's properties and are disappointed at his complete disregard for property rights or common decency. Mr. Lackey decided it was ok to create some big ruts and a giant muddy mess in my parents lot while doing some work in front of his building. He did not ask for permission to park on or drive through the property yet felt entitled to its use anyway. Instead of apologizing, Mr. Lackey suggested they post no trespassing signs on the property line. If you decide to work with Mr. Lackey, I hope he is more respectful to you than he was in this instance.

Chet and his team are great to work with, my fianc and I appreciate it the patience they had with us and are so thankful they worked together to get us into our home right before Christmas!
