Belmont to Aspire to the mentor network to Sevita. Same horrible company that rebrands every view years in hopes people will forget. They lost their license to operate in some states, their Caldwell accountant got convicted of stealing funds from clients Id rebrand too. But the same clowns are still in charge, so the same things will keep happening.

It's caregiving. People who post negative reviews probably haven't worked in caregiving before because if you have, nothing that goes on at Aspire is going to surprise you. I worked for Aspire in 2016 and I really enjoyed it. The biggest downside and the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because caregivers deserve way more money. I truly believe if we were paid what we are actually worth then the turnover rate wouldn't be so astronomical. That was the thing I didn't like, I think it's just sad that as soon as residents get to know their caregiver the caregiver quits. Caregivers work incredibly hard and just are not paid nearly as much as they should be

I worked there for almost 2 years and when I first got hired they told us that all the clients were lies and they will minpalate you so don't believe them I worked with a client turned her around for the better and then they fired me because even though I had all the prove I needed mandie would not take it and she fired me it's unfair and not right
