Health West City Center Clinic

Horrible place! The doctors dont seem to have a clue. I have some serious mental issues. I have 3 prescriptions for my mental health and 1 for my severe Anxiety. well I just found out they are taking away my Anxiety medication that has helped me. I have been taken anxiety medication for 4 years now, It has helped tremendously! I'll definitely be looking for a better doctor/Specialists. Im totally disappointed!

Dr. Richner is very good at what she does. I came in wanting a screening and to take charge of my mental health. She helped me more than I could've imagine. I felt confused when I first came in. by the end of my screening she gave me options and explained to me that I'm not broken. I was brought to tears. The staff here is attentive, professional and kind. As far as mental health services go people have to understand Idaho is very backed up and have long wait lists to see or talk to a psychiatrist. Get on that list. I waited too. It's worth it. They know these lists are long and only do what they can.Health west city center is a good place to go.

The people at this clinic are incredibly unhelpful to people with mental health issues. Specifically one doctor who claims to help mental health patients and has an American flag hanging in his office. I went to this place for a medication adjustment and left in a panic attack in a full blown crisis because of the way I was treated. If you are seeking mental health services I do not recommend this place at all.
