Hi are used to buy my furniture from Odell s. Never had a problem until this last sofa that I bought that reclines was supposed to be top sofa in their store very unhappy I am very very disappointed of the customer service. They have gave gave me the runaround they fixed it twice and they were going to charge you, but they didnt but its still not fixed all the cushion of the one side went all the way down. And instead of the manager talking to me to see what we can work out, they put their service guy talking to me and said that the reason that used to go down because somebody was putting their foot on it and tackling down, but nobody really sits on it because my boys are in the rooms! I take care of my things, and especially if you spend so much money on them, I will not ever again buy a piece of furniture from them, and I will not recommend them no more ! There was a young lady that was working there, and she tried to help as much as she could but they did not work with her at all so thats my sad experience with Odell furniture in Pocatello, Idaho

If they tell you something has a lifetime warranty, it doesn't really mean "lifetime".  We had a lift recliner that broke and should have lasted for many years. according to the warranty it was covered, but they said lifetime warranty just means what "they" determine what the life of that chair should be-even if it's only 4-5 years old with normal use. Although they agreed to repair it, (not replace), it was returned to us with a lift mechanism that popped and groaned, then broke after 1 week. I was told I would have to buy a new chair if it broke again, which I don't plan to do at their store. I am planning to buy a chair where they sell quality furniture and stand by their warranty.
