        I had a good experience a year ago and so I thought I would try them again. They have had my mower for almost a month and they never call me with an update. I have called so many time and no one answers and they don't have an answering machine to leave a message so I guess they expect you to just keep calling and calling until they get around to answering. When you do get ahold of someone they don't have answers and they can never tell you the cost of their work. I have tried to get my mower back but they wont finish the work and they won't call me or ever answer the phone. I'm at a total lost here. I'm going to have to drive to their location tomorrow, this is ridiculous.

        I took my cub cadet riding mower in to get repaired, was told by the manager that it was unrepairable and offered me $50 for the mower. I declined and took it to Ken's Rec World who had it repaired within a week. Not sure how these guys are still in business.
