      image Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to update my card information and they only updated it on one policy not both of them and then canceled my other one due to non payment. Then I have been asking for a month now for a copy of my policies To this day still dont have it. Would never recommend this agent or this office. This isnt the first issue had with them. They were overcharging me for quite a while too and it took six months to get it fixed. No one ever follows through in that office without a bunch of reminders and pestering. Would not recommend them ever.

      image Would not recommend kept going back to them, to get my stuff fixed all the time,they kept screwing my stuff up!or forgetting to send paper work, Worst home insurance and auto insurance I've had! They dnt seem to have enough experience at all would not recommend worst one in town! Eneded up switching insurance!
