Update: Please note the owners response. Per usual if he does not like what someone says, he will try to turn it back on the reviewer. There is nothing unkind about my initial review, but he took the opportunity to try and call me hypocritical while proving my point. And it's not just the response to my Mother's review I was disappointed in. Disappointed to see the kind of unkind and untrue responses this business gives to reviews that they disagree with. I would definitely chose a different shop in the area.

What a fantastic little find. I live out of state, my aunt was having a really bad day and I wanted to send her flowers. I called a couple of other florists and was informed I had missed the cut-off for same-day deliveries. Totally understandable. But Buds & Bloomers told me it wasn't a problem, they could totally deliver them to her before they closed for the evening. That was about 80 minutes before their closing time. I got the sweetest picture from my aunt that evening of her holding her flowers with tears in her eyes. Thank you for your prompt and beautiful service! What a sweet little company with the kindest people and friendliest customer service.

Bud & Bloomers expects their customers to pay for purchases made, however, they don't do the same. As a previous supplier of flowers and greens to Buds & Bloomers, I've unfortunately not received payment for the thousands of dollars of product supplied to this business. There are several other flower shops in the area that do beautiful work but are honest in their dealings and treat others the way they want to be treated--I recommend supporting them. Integrity is so important! Responding to Buds & Bloomers' reply: Your reply proved my statement regarding integrity. The way I ran my business worked, and was successful. You and I never met since we stopped servicing Buds & Bloomers due to your unwillingness to pay your bill. We spoke on the phone a handful of times though--you always had an excuse as to why you couldn't pay your debt, so yes, I filed a claim against you, and won. But still, you've chosen not to pay. We always encouraged florists to pay at the time of service--NEVER would we have refused to received payment--that's ridiculous and absurd. Never has any florist gone to a hearing and been able to prove that they didn't owe their debt. (I'm pretty sure I know which florist you're referring to, and I agreed to accept payment from the mother, since the mother owned the business at the time that the debt was owed. I received a letter from the mother stating that she would pay the debt, but she later chose not to pay. Either way you look at it, they were dishonest by not paying the debt owed by that business. But this isn't about any other florist, is it--this is about Buds & Bloomers.) I still have the invoices, credits, and record of payments made by every florist we serviced. We serviced approximately 75 florists, of that, there were only about 8-10 florists that chose not to pay their debts. (Most of those 8-10 florists are no longer in business.) And you probably shouldn't go by hearsay, since the information you received was absolutely wrong. (Not just inaccurate--WRONG. You're the one guilty of defamatory and slanderous statements.) I've NEVER filed for bankruptcy--not personally or for any of my businesses. I pay my debts at the time that they are owed. That's simply the best way to handle financial obligations. It's very interesting that you brought up the saying of "Be the good in the world". I've had that plaque on my wall for years--and do my best to live by it. Maybe you should do the same by being honest in your dealings and paying your debts. (Pay the debt you owe me and I will be happy to remove the post.)
