If I could give 0 stars I would. They are totally ripping us off on an invoice with my husband. They will not answer the phone. There is no one there when we stop by. We will be reporting them to the BBB and seeking legal counsel.

Dr.Stephenson and hygienist were great. Unfortunately the less than poor communication, scheduling conflicts are what has drove me off. Its nearly impossible to communicate with anyone in the office through calling. They dont answer, dont return calls. They text only (it is helpful at times) at their convenience. They constantly rescheduled my already set appointments in less than 24 hr notice, and sometimes 2-3 days notice. didnt have a hygienist available or additional issues. The issue is if I cancel on you in less than 24hrs you bill me, you do it to me and all is supposed to be good. I take off from my job or use PTO to get these appointments and lose $ especially with cancellation- thats not ok to do to people. So if the office staff would get it together, this place has great potential otherwise they wont be able to run a business much longer.
