Terrible and rude customer service, snapping fingers at people is not the way to get people to hurry with their paperwork and then letting them sit for 45 minutes waiting for their appointment when there is very few people there. Also the dentist treats his hygienist terrible as well when she is the nicest person in the entire facility. Called 3 times today to let them know to cancel the follow up appointment and they hung up 3 times.

I've gone here for 10 years but they seem to not really care about my concerns and if anything, they have made my teeth worse over the years.. they drilled a hole through a crown, scheduled a separate appointment to fix it, then called me the day before my appointment and said they needed to reschedule but the next available appointment was over 3 months away. I took the earliest appointment available and a few days before THAT appointment, they called and said that the price of the work on the one tooth (THAT THEY MESSED UP) was going up in price and it would have to be paid in full, before they would see me. It literally went from $20 to $500!! So I've had a hole in my tooth for almost a year and it's to the point where I can barely function, due to the pain. I DO NOT recommend going here.
