        This is the worst credit union Ive ever dealt with. This is the worst business Ive ever dealt with the worst customer service. These guys dont care about us and it starts from the top with Stephanie who is the CFO. Please read my reviews on yelp and on the connections on eighth Street whole stories there and how they ripped me off and took advantage of me thank you. Do not drink with these guys. They are worse than Wells Fargo that ripped everybody. I wouldnt be surprised if the higher ups are from Wells Fargo.

        I freaking LOVE this credit union! If you need at Loan, ask for Rusty P in the loan department! Hands down have never been treated better, fast service, super knowledgeable, and very friendly! Takes the time to figure out which type of loan is best for you! Since I can't find "Lookout Credit Union" formerly ISU Credit Union on Yelp to leave a review, I'm making a side note on here. Do NOT bank with this unprofessional Credit Union! Run far away! I could share night mare stories with you! They seriously need to be looked into for fraudulent practices! Not even kidding! For what it's worth...Go with Connections! You won't be disappointed
