Good Morning Elizabeth. We apologize you have been struggling to get a hold of us to get rebooked. Our scheduling system is all being transferred to an online booking system. There for we do apologize for the mis communication on that part. While our IT techs have been diligently working on our transition to our new system the best way to book an appointment is to contact your independent stylist directly, or dm the salon account on Instagram or facebook, @triobeautysalon208. Once we have all your information we will look into our system and see why your messages have not been returned.
