Failed to ever call me back, bought a 60k Jeep and they charged 25.00 to patch a hole from a nail, I buy tires at Les Schwab tires and they wouldn't have charged for that.

Of course purchasing our vehicle four years ago was a nice experience, and I would say even the first couple years of service was decent. The last three times I have taken my GMC for service have been disappointing to say the least. This last time was by far the worst experience I have had with the service department, on top of taking it in multiple times for the same noise complaint, paying a fee ($200) each time and then just now finding the issue and resolving it, they gave me back a dirty car, and a oil spill on my driver side mat nothing about what I had done included oil. No thank you Kendall.

The technician scratched my husband's dash with a screw driver, and 8 months later, nothing even after stopping in multiple times!

We recently purchased our 3rd new GMC vehicle from Ron Bovee at Kendall. We always deal with Ron because he is a pleasure to work with. Ron is more concerned about us getting what we want versus a quick sale. Twice, Ron helped us order the vehicle we wanted when we couldn't find one in Kendall's inventory. Throughout the process, Ron stayed in contact with us. Ron doesn't think his job is over when the vehicle is delivered. We have continued to use Ron as a point of contact when we have questions or concerns. Ron is patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Ron makes us feel like we are his most important customers. I am sure Ron makes every one of his customers feel this way. If you are in the market for a car, and you are dreading the idea of dealing with "a car salesman," I recommend giving Ron Bovee a call. He'll change your mind about car salesmen and salesmanship. If you buy one car from Mr. Bovee, my guess is you'll become a life-long fan.
