        I am so angry I called this morning at 9 oclock needing the quickest company they could tow my car because I have to get it fixed today I called at 9 oclock. The guy tells me half an hour. Itll be where it needs to be an hour and a half later I call back Because I still dont have my car and was told something else had come up so they would be picking my car up in half an hour and have it out to me. Its now been two more hours. I still dont have my car no one is even had the courtesy to call and tell me anything and the guy that I paid to fix my car has now left after waiting 2 1/2 hours , absolutely ridiculous

      Hey Stephanie. We're so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. We weren't aware at the time that it was an urgent matter for you. When we received the initial call we were told that the car was in a parking lot, in a safe place and you had left the vehicle unattended. Based on that information we thought it would be okay to take care of urgent/emergency calls before taking care of your vehicle. We sincerely apologize. Please call us so we can go over this with you in more depth.
