UPS Customer Center

I was expecting a very important document from a bank in CA. I paid $25.00 to have it shipped overnight delivery. The bank confirmed they gave it to UPS on March 20th. The tracking today said it was received at the Nampa facility on March 21st, but not in transit to me yet. I called UPS 800 #. They contacted the Nampa facility. A female employee from Napma then called me. She said the tracking that shows it in Nampa was a "prediction" only, and did not mean it was actually at the facility. She would not help me any further and said I needed to fill a lost package report on their website. What complete top-to-bottom incompetence on the part of UPS!

This review is probably exactly like reviewing a government organization It will be worthless, and will definitely fall on deaf years. Regardless, UPS is managed by a bunch of overweight hourly individuals who use most of their time focusing on their retirement strategies. That observation aside, it would be helpful if the UPS center on 20th in Nampa would remove their customer service signs from both the Internet and their building to keep people from wasting fuel and time to try to locate a drop off facility Close to their location Its an easy fix people just get off your butts and do something about it And then do something about the terrible customer service and then do something about the poor, mismanagement regarding deliveries and then do something about the fact that UPS couldnt care less if your package arrives on time or not and then after that retire into the ether and brag in to the ears of your grandchildren about how worthless your career
