nampa Norco is amazing ! they take care of all of my oxygen, and CPAP needs as well as my mobility needs. I recently drove across the united states and flew back, the wonderful staff at the Nampa location arranged the portable oxygen concentrator package and batteries I needed to make the whole trip. The cost was affordable with the customer discounts they applied to my bill. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, caring and amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs CPAP, oxygen or mobility supplies.

My mobility scooter has been broken for about 8 months. First they got me a new battery, then a new charger, then they worked on it, all to no avail. Now they say its the battery again. Been waiting 2 months for this fix. Havent heard a word from them. Its very frustrating. If I complain, they are rude to me.

Since our holiday service has been lacking. As I am on liquid oxygen had set up every other Friday for refills. Since the holidays had to call for refills due to being out of oxygen. When my wife went in for supplies got the wrong items. We know we should have checked before we walked out. So I guess it's our fault therefore before we leave will check to make sure their are no mistakes. Not a large problem thank God it wasn't life threatening. however we trusted to obtain the requested items
