Hardest group of workers you can find. All their workers are respectful and professional. Went the extra mile (plus some) to make sure the job was completed perfectly and timely. Our roof is extremely steep. They went above and beyond to make sure the job came out looking even better than when it was new. They meticulously cleaned up after the job to make sure all nails and stray shingles were removed. They used the latest drone technology to inspect the roof to make sure they scoped the job exactly. I dont know who Caleb M (who left a critical review) dealt with but it doesnt describe my experience. I dealt mostly with Josh and he was always most courteous and communicative through the entire process.
I did not witness any of the installation crew acting unprofessional in any manner.
My roof looks great and Im really happy with the service rendered by TriPeaks Roofing.

They installed my new roof and I had nothing but issues with this company. Poor communication from the owner and Josh. Installers left food wrappers, chew pouches, water bottles and gloves on my property. Cameras on my property some very inappropriate behavior that was not expected.

We are not sure of the reason for the 1 star, but we want everyone to know that the complaints listed in the review are not accurate. Our crews are not permitted to use tobacco, vape, or illegal substances on jobs. We are involved in each job and treat each customer with respect. Our philosophy is to be reliable, honest, and have integrity. We also have a 10- year warranty, as well as any manufacturer warranties, so if there was a problem, it is covered! We strive to make sure all homes are cleaned and left better than we arrived. The best way to fix an issue is to communicate. If you do not communicate with us that there was a problem, we can’t fix it. Communication is key!
