        I had a leak from a recent storm. I called Superior to come inspect my roof. They came out within a very short time frame and inspected the roof. Beacon was friendly, kind, and courteous during his visit. He even helped seal some spots that could be issues down the road. I would recommend and use these guys again in the future.

        Great job on inspection found a few items that needed addressed so that they did not turn into big problems later I would highly recommend Beacon Howard inspection your roof

        Finally after 4 plus months,my roof is done(hopefully),when it was first put on I had complain a out ridge caps not being put on right. Was told they'd settle in time and the weather. Everyone knows the snow storms,strong wind,the rain storms, with wind,since the last part of November.i called them,and Scott and 1 of his employees came out and looked.first thing they did was grab pry bars and started prying on ridge caps and moving it so it'd fit right.then came done, first thing Scott said was, they were going to take all bad stuff off, move them around,and then put the bad stuff right back on, he also said the crew he had putting it on, didn't put it on right.I called the next day and said I didn't think putting old caps and ridge vent was acceptable,1 of their employees came out yesterday and put new stuff on yesterday Hopefully it's done right this time after 4 months. Probably have to have my attic checked for leakage, and mold

      Hey Mr. Wunder. Sorry you've had a bad experience. Which is somewhat surprising to us. Considering we came to your house to fix a leaky pipeboot. On our initial call you articulated to us you were an old man and because of your situation in life you didn't have a lot of money. You said you needed help. We let you know it was no problem and that we would do it for free. Especially since this is a veteran ran company and you yourself are a veteran. We take care of our own. Upon inspecting your roof for the pipeboot repair, we found enough damage to file a claim and get your roof completely bought by insurance. Beacause you're a veteran that needed help, We gave you $7,000 in discounts, elderly, veterans, family discounts. Anywhere and everywhere we could to help you. You technically actually made money off of us replacing your roof, which is why it's very confusing we've earned a 1 star review. You let us know for the first time your ridgeventing wasn't sitting propper on Tuesday April 2nd at 9am. By 920 am someone in our company called to get a gameplan of action for you. We completely fixed your ridgeventing by April 9th, 1 week exactly. We feel that is very reasonable time frame to honor a warranty issue. You offered our employees whiskey, shots, beer (to which we all declined), the atmosphere was light and fun. Which adds more confusion as to how we earned a 1 star review from you. You have a brand new, perfectly functioning roof with all the bells and whistles, that you had to pay nothing out of pocket for. Hopefully your day gets better and hopefully you can find room in your heart to have an understanding of how much a 1 star review hurts a company just trying to help. We wish you the best Mr. Wunder
