In 2018 we were trying to help our recently divorced son find a house to purchase. He was forced to sell his existing home in order to meet divorce orders. He had used a real estate agent in his sale and decided to use the same agent for the purchase of a new home. We had nothing but trouble in getting the agent to help find and visit existing sales. On 4 different occasions the agent was out of town or not available to visit homes we had identified that were in our price range. I was so frustrated about this situation that I called my daughter because I knew she had a personal friend whose husband was in the real estate business so I asked for the name and phone number. It was Dave Jennings. I made the call and by that afternoon on the same day of my call we were in the house we wanted to inspect and we ended up making an offer that same day and got the house for my son. Dave's response won me the deal. In 2020 my youngest son was graduating from school and was coming back to the Nampa area to set up his practice and needed to find a home to live in by the end of April. Again I turned to Dave because of my first experience working with him. While the market was rapidly changing prices upward on a monthly basis we finally found a suitable first time home that we were able to make an offer on and secured for our son and his family. I have been pleased with Dave's response, while he knows the real estate business, it has been his response to our needs that have allowed us to secure two homes in what I would term as an insane market. I am now planning to sell a home that has been a rental and Dave will be my agent to get that job done as well. Did I say that I was very pleased with Dave Jennings service to my real estate needs?
