Terrible French dip hardly any meat few onions and why would you put cheese. French fries were not done, complained brought out new fries and not much better. Took meat off the other half and it was then very minimal and sandwich was not very tasty. Wife had personal pizza and she was pleased. Bathrooms need attention. Although waitress took some off tab it didn't make the sandwich any better.

We love the White Cloud pizza at Smokey Mountain. We visited the restaurant with a party of ten and our personal white cloud was great but the cook left off the white sauce so it was pretty dry. I choose not to say anything that evening with so many people at the table. So when I get home I called the restaurant and left a message for the manger to call me and that never happened. So yesterday we stopped by and had another White Cloud. I mentioned to the server our experience and he had the person in charge visit our table and her response was sorry but we do make mistakes once in awhile and then just walked away. Don't know what to think about that.
