Sidney Vogt has helped me immensely over the past 6 years with my housing financial needs. He is the reason I was able to get approved for my Rural Development home loan, it was a very near thing. He helped me refinance to lower my mortgage after a divorce. He helped me get a Home Equity Line of Credit to replace my broken bathtub. Each time, I have ended with less debt than I started with, and been able to accomplish my goals. He is available nearly all the time and is very informative of what is happening. As long as he works as a loan officer, I will use no one else.
