2nd sale! 2-16-23 We have now sold a second property through Roger and Lowes Flat Fee Realty. Roger was extremely responsive with our questions and requests. He did an amazing job at facilitating updates to our listing and assisting us through the sales process. His communication with us and with the buyer's representatives was excellent and he followed through on his commitments with us. Roger really delivered in so many ways for us in selling our home. He steered us through some complicated real estate dealings and was a calm voice with advice that was right on. He ALWAYS answered the phone and had time for us. Since we are hundreds of miles from Roger we were hesitant about quality of service but it was no problem at all. We always felt well represented and that we had Roger's full attention. Totally recommend him. Nothing like having a broker on your side rather than just a realtor! Five years later we used Roger again to sell our high priced home. Same great experience. Excellent.
