Stephanie helped us out with a parcel of land we needed to sell. She listened to what we felt was best for us. She was knowledgable and she had excellent referrals for lender, loan officer and title companies to work with. Because the property was located in the mountains, it was challenging for potential buyers to locate it. Stephanie went beyond just giving directions, she drove and videod the drive and did a voice over, giving precise directions. Then she snowshoed onto the property to post her realtor signs. We sold the property in a short amount of time. We felt she did a good job and would recommend her to anyone needing to sell or buy.
