    Worst Jack in the Box location I have ever been to... bar none. The people working there are as incompetent as they come. TERRIBLE at the drive thru. TERRIBLE when walking inside. Last time I visited (about 2 weeks ago) I went inside as I was tired of getting screwed at the drive thru and it took 30 damn minutes to get my order... during which time not one but TWO drive-thru customers came in ranting about their 20+ minute wait outside in a parking spot. Utter incompetence. If the other Jack in the Box on Garrity wasn't twice the distance from me, I'd go there exclusively. UPDATED 3/31/24 - These people are still simply incapable of getting a drive-thru order right. CHECK YOUR ORDERS. I bet they mess up at least 40% of the time (and no, I am not exaggerating... they are just that bad).

    Another Update on 4/27/24: Still no receipt. Why is it so hard to give a receipt upon purchase? This is ridiculous. Updated: Ordered online. They took the Ice-cream machine down during business hours and couldn't give me a refund for a shake I paid for. Still no receipt... I ordered via the app 1 mile away and when I received my food, 1 minute from ordering, they just tossed old cold food in the bag. Fries were old and cold, burger had been sitting for a long time as was cold. Ridiculous. They never give receipts in the drive-thru. It's hard to call and complain about missing food or wrong orders when they won't give you a receipt.
