    (One star given only because it was required.) Stay away from this company! Even though I paid my homeowner's insurance premium, via credit card, on the 6th, directly with their office on the phone, they still canceled my policy on the 15th! I didn't even know this had happened until I saw a refund on my cc stmt two weeks later. It took them 10 days, on the 16th, to snail mail me a letter-never once did they try to call me nor email me-to tell me I needed a new policy. Catherine Dixon is not interested in customer service whatsoever! She also lies as she told me on the phone, no problem she'd renew the policy I'd had for over 17 years. I've been a Farmer's customer for over 17 years. Their office just wanted me to write a new policy with them so they could charge me more $$. They sent me the new policy "quote" in the mail. They didn't contact me to save my old policy. I had no insurance for a couple weeks and they even notified my lender the policy was canceled which caused me all kinds of problems. Their office is a total scam! Don't fall for their initial promises like I did. ***Their reply has me confused with someone else. My legal name isn't even used so I have no idea how they came up with their "facts". Mine are obviously accurate and what I experienced. Don't know how they made up theirs - again especially NOT KNOWING who I am to write such a long detailed STORY. I've NEVER had a policy of any kind cancelled. Hmm....

Thank you for the review. Perception is often fact for the people involved, unfortunately most of these statements are inaccurate. This client was our client for 11 days, not 17 years, transferred into this agency by Farmers after the home owners policy had canceled for non payment and was ineligible for reinstatement. When they were having problems with payment and policies we did not have access to any of their information as they were not our clients at the time. The staff member mentioned in your review is above reproach and never once spoke to the reviewer, although the reviewer did speak with others in our agency. Our guiding code here is "Do the right things for the right reasons" That staff member maligned by the reviewer offered a replacement policy that was equivalent coverage and significantly less expensive. It is unfortunate that for the 11 days the reviewer was our client we were unable to solve their problems. We will continue to operate our agency with our guiding principle "Do the right things for the right reasons"
