They were able to save me over 300$ a month between my auto and home insurance and I thought I was getting a good deal before super nice staff. They got them a customer for life and I tell everyone I can how amazing they are can not say enough good things about them

I have been with this company since I was teenager. Over 25 years later and this company is no longer the same. Recently I had an accident that was not my fault. I did try to contact my local agent about what I should do. For some reason another person contracted me instead of my agent. This person talked to me like an infant. Her "HR lingo" was super condescending. She would repeat over and over again that she heard what I was saying yet she was super confused about what I was saying. All I wanted was an answer to one question. When my agent finally contacted me she offered no help. Instead she berated me for getting annoyed with the other person. They no longer want me as a customer. I will gladly switch to any other company. Edit in response to comment: I was not filling a claim with my insurance. I simply had one question which is what I told the ridiculously irritating woman BOTH times she called me. She never understood a single word I said despite her repeating in a condescending tone, "I heard you but..." over and over. She could not catch a clue if it was on her face. She has to be a nepotism employee.

UPDATE: Now to find out that this company allowed the coverage on my rental property to lapse in May! Not a single phone call, email or anything. Just apparently sent notices to a former address which had been updated with them (that clearly they failed to update in their system!). Still am in disbelief that there would not be a single phone call or email! Horrendous decline in service with a huge increase in rates to boot. Have had my policies here for nearly 20 years. I already felt that I was paying too much for home owners insurance in 2022, so when I got a 30% rate hike for no reason in 2023 I called to ask them to shop the rates. First, my account manager had changed (she didnt answer my call or return my message. I called a second time and got one of her associates and he seemed polite and helpful and said hed shop rates and get me quotes in 24-48 hours. After 3 days I had not received any quotes so I called Steven back. He said hed have quotes to me by tomorrow and when I said Id just call somewhere else, he quickly said hed get me quotes in 30 minutes. He called me back to say the other quotes were higher by $3000!!! Getting answers to basic questions was like pulling teeth and there were so many contradictory statements and lots of patronizing lecturing which was just absurdfinally got so frustrated I said Id just take all my policies elsewhere and thats exactly what Im in the process of doing right now. Also, yesterday my account manager Jenny called (I had initially thought this was to go over new quotes). She then started saying she was sorry but couldnt get coverage for my Volkswagen. What?!?!? My auto policies are with a totally different company. She apologized for calling the wrong client and awkwardly hung up. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for coverage. Zero lack of professionalism, organization, customer service and the list could go on and on.
