Nonresponsive, irresponsible, unprofessional horrible company to be forced into doing business with due to a warranty on a new home build. Day 3 in our brand new home. Total loss of heat day 1, poor response but "fixed". Now it's day 3 and we're in to hour 5 of complete furnace shutdown. 4 calls made with no response at all. If I call another company, my new home warranty will be voided and I will have to pay for repairs on a brand new system in a brand new house. Clearly this system is a lemon and all indicators point to an improper install before we even signed closing papers. I feel ripped off. I needed someone asap for my heater and there timing for someone to come over in a short notice was perfect. I had a technician named Brian he was respectful and very communicative with what was going on and how he can fix it. Very promising place .

Call them if you want your smoke detectors going off at 3 in the morning. Here is our recent experience with Integrity Heating and Air. I scheduled a furnace tune-up hoping to beat the cold weather and make sure we are doing everything we can to avoid emergency situations. Integrity was the company listed on our furnace by our home builder, we called, scheduling was easy, and they arrived on time. After about an hour their HVAC tech let us know that everything was good to go, advised us to go with the annual maintenance package, and we thought we were good. Later that same night we woke up to our smoke alarms going off at 3am. As I inspected the house we could see smoke in our room, bathroom, and living room but no source of fire. We took our scared kids to the car with only their coats and PJs in 30-degree weather, went back into the house, turned off the furnace and opened all the windows. We called Integritys after-hours center, they let us know they would connect us with a tech as soon as possible, and by 5am our tech (the same tech that had performed the service) was in our home evaluating the problem. He let us know he found the source of the problem, an error on his part must have short circuited our blower, prevented air from circulating, and caused the smoke. By 8am they had a replacement part installed and the furnace back up and running. Everything seemed reasonable up until this point as we know that people are only human, and mistakes happen. We werent charged for the emergency service or blower replacement, but why would we be? Now we are at a point where we are asking for a refund for the original service so that we can use those funds to get a second opinion about any long-term damage to our furnace. I am not HVAC expert and dont really have any idea if a furnace running through the night with no blower causes long term damage. I dont know if the smoke or heat generated impacts our HVAC system and its longevity in the long run. I do know that we scheduled routine maintenance for peace of mind, and we dont have peace of mind. I am disappointed that our request for a refund led to failed communication with the general manager of Integrity Heating and Air, and now no response. The GM did not answer our phone calls, followed up once via text, offered a partial refund, never acknowledged distressed caused by the incident, and has failed to follow up further, instead going silent. Keep this in mind if you intend to do business with Integrity Heating and Air. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system repair
