I own residential rental properties and have used David Villatoro, No Limit Home Improvement, for several of my remodels, as well as my own home, for years. David is a perfect contractor. Davids painting crew did the best work ever done at our home, They were professional, careful, accommodating, helpful and did a perfect job. They came on time each of 12 days, left on time , left the completed job with a perfect cleanup, made sure we were satisfied with the work and overall were pleasant, pleasant and helpful. Re rate the work 10 STARS, which is above and beyond 5 Stars.

I have remodeled homes and even built a 9300 sq. ft. Luxury home. We retired to S Cal two years ago. One of my daughters contracted with Davids company for a MAJOR remodel of her 3500+ sq. ft. home. I observed closely David and his crew for any shortcomings in performance, punctuality, attitude, workmanship, cooperation, tidiness, responses to requests, responses to changes, material quality and adherence to the concept of making the home owner satisfied. ZERO issues! At a later date I asked David to do some repairs at my own home, and again, ZERO issues. His pricing is quite reasonable but not so low as to invite shoddy workmanship and substandard materials. David is low key, quite knowledgeable and a natural problem solver. I found him to be approachable, honest, trustworthy and inventive. Dave runs a first class operation! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Jack L
