***BUYERS BEWARE *** ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL'S !! Owner Robert & his son Russell, took $8,000. for a Hyster 15k forklift, promised everything worked, cashed the check & delivered forklift. It drove 300 ft. stopped, then would only go in reverse, NO forward gears at all, now it will not even start. This forklift has never lifted a single item for us. We had to purchase another forklift for our business needs, this time from a REPUTABLE dealer. We have made repeated attempts to find an amicable solution. To no avail, as The owner Robert will NOT return any of our calls. When you go into office you are met with rude employees saying the owner is not available. (for several months now!) Robert & Russell have proven they have ZERO business ethics, and ZERO credibility and should be ashamed of how they handle customers. We hope any future customers do not fall prey to their shady business practices. We are now filing civil suit against them. **Reported to BBB **
