Connections Credit Union

Have been a member for over 20 years and I have always had good experiences with the staff at all locations.

I feel this is just an underperforming credit union In general. The fact that this credit union has been around since the 60s blows my mind at how far behind they are on the times. I have multiple accounts with reparable credit unions here in the valley.. All are accessible through an app, which CCU does not. All allow me to deposit a check electronically.. if needed CCU does not. My direct deposit in other accounts comes 2-3 days earlier.. at minimum 1 day earlier. I do not get this luxury with CCU .. Also the accessibility of branches here in the valley are far from none. Improvements need to be made to target all demographics.. I just feel as if this credit union doesnt fit my lifestyle.

I was looking at changing where I bank and tried to look into this Connections Credit Union because they are located less than 1/2 mile from where I reside. But I searched their website for the term "Debit Card" and got zero results. So I can only assume they do not provide debit cards (only credit cards) to their customers. IF that is the case I wouldn't be interested in opening an account with them despite the fact that their location would be very convenient for me.
