I hate giving bad reviews, but I'm just going to lay down event. Called him to replace spark plugs. He arrived late in a car with wife and said his work van was in shop. He and I spoke about the one spark plug that was hard to get to was one that wasn't replaced, and was the one that was causing the issue w car. So he did not replace the problem spark plug but charged $200 to replace the rest. The next day I did not go anywhere. The following day I went to store and on my way home, my car starts making this horrendous noise. I pulled over. I called him, and had him listen to the noise when I started it up, to hear him say he was out of town and will swing by tomorrow. So I had to call a mechanical friend to come out and save me. He found that one of the spark plug coils had come loose. He said there was way to much anti seize grease. I never got a call back from Mobile Elite nor did he stop by to follow up.
