Im lucky enjoy to have known Katie now for almost 5 years, and in that time Ive had the pleasure of watching her skills and eye for photography grow. It wasnt till this last October that I finally got the chance to be in front of her camera, and what an absolutely magical experience it was! For the first time ever, I felt truly seen by someone else. She brought to life all the best parts of me, and gave me photos that I will treasure for a lifetime! Behind the camera she is pure magic, and such an amazing human to connect with as well. I cant wait till the next time I get to flourish in front of her lens

I asked Katie if she would be willing to book my fianc and I for an engagement shoot because I loved her aesthetic and overall look and feel of her photos. They look timeless! I wanted to be able to look back at these photos in 20 years and remember what a special and exciting time it was and I can honestly say that she exceeded my expectations beyond words. She really has a true and rare talent, being able to capture such emotion in each picture. Little did I know when booking this first session that I would actually be using her services through our wedding and receptionshes just that good!

Katie is so talented - I can't recommend her enough! All the photos she took turned out beautifully. I think she really understands light and subjects well. My husband and I aren't exactly naturals in front of a camera, and Katie made us feel so comfortable. She also was great with our son, and was flexible to his needs (she took his newborn and six month photos, and more recently took our family/maternity photos when my son was 2.5 years old). 10/10 would recommend Kate Betts Photography. We plan on having her be our family photographer for years to come!
