        Absolutely wonderful office. Shallon at the front is awesome! Tycee, Cassie and Kennedy are wonderful assistants and Dr. Sept is truly an awesome, caring dentist! Wouldnt go anywhere else. 5 stars!

        They dont take Idaho Medicaid and referred me to the Chaz clinic. I suppose they are too good for poor people.

        They changed my appointment the day before after months of waiting but when I had a problem finding the place and other issues they canceled my appointment because I was late. Seems like mercy swings one direction.

        I called about my 3 year old who woke up with his face grossly swollen and what I guessed was an accessed tooth. They were very rude to me on the phone and refused to see him. Not compassionate about my poor little guy and the pain he is in.

      Hi Myriah, thank you for your feedback. As we are the only pediatric dentistry provider in the area, and due to increased demand, we have reached the maximum amount of Medicaid patients that we can accept at this time. Other locations that accept Medicaid include Dr. Molly Gunsaulis in Spokane and Dr. Ukich in Coeur d'Alene. We apologize for any inconvenience.
