        *Fitting rooms have been permanently closed, and refunds will only be given as store credit* Most of the merchandise is clothing, so this mixture of bad policies is especially egregious.

        Called to inquire if they happen to know if an item was still there. JULIA was extremely rude on the phone. I asked if they could put it on hold for me. She was short and pretty much said Im not going to help at all, come in person. It wasnt the fact she said no. It was the really poor attitude and complete lack of professionalism. She definitely should be taken off phones.

      Laura, we appreciate your feedback. We were experiencing increasing theft, vandalism and other illegal activities inside the fitting room area, so we and made the difficult decision to close our fitting rooms for the safety of our shoppers and team members. It was a decision that was not taken lightly.
