Installed my system over a year ago. Been trying to Get our money back ever since. Cant get anyone on the phone. Its all over email the reason we wanted our money back is because they got us in a 5 year contract but never installed any of the cameras that were promised. They only installed the window and door sensors. Were supposed to Come back and never did. Have yet to be able to get ahold of anyone to this day. Still getting charged with half of the promised equipment

Dont do business with this company. Dylan will offer you a free system in exchange for a 5yr contract for monitoring through a third party monitoring company. I needed some help with my account. Dylan said he would have someone from the office reach out to me. Never heard from them. Drove to their office, and surprise, no AX Guard security. Just a home theater company. Very shady. Get some business ethics Dylan.

At first AxGuard was responsive, but now that we are a couple years in and my security system does not even work, they won't respond at all, I almost think that they may be a closed business. I have called multiple times to no avail. This is close to robbery.

I love AxGuard! This a 5 start company! They have kept every promise and kept every commitment. The cameras work really well. They have great installers. Amazing people! Amazing Company!
