DO NOT BUY A TOLL BROTHERS HOME!! The "leaders" within their company have lied to us, called US liars and it's clear that they take the term "Fortune 500" company and assume that means they can mistreat people.
On top of that, after only ONE YEAR in our home, we had to use the 1-year warranty DOZENS of times for issues that should never have been issues in the first place, had the inspections and such been done properly the first time. We even had to have them came back for the same issue TWICE!
In addition, they make huge changes about the neighborhood community without informing the residents of the changes, leaving us blindsided by their poor decision making. As example, one of the residents has an email from a year and a half ago, inquiring about the nearby empty lot close to their house and were told that it would be an old folks community (great!), then unknown to the residents, it was approved to become rental properties that would be PART OF OUR HOA... which makes ZERO sense, AND would be sharing the pool with all 600+ homes in the neighborhood. They pulled the wool over our eyes to cut costs at the expense of those already living in their homes, for the sole purpose of lining their own pockets further.
When it was just Coleman homes, it was great, but once Toll Brothers took over our neighborhood community and homes began to suffer immensely. They don't care about you, or your home, they simply want money and will do ANYTHING to get it.
Numerous employees who worked for Coleman before they were purchased by Toll Brothers, no longer work for their company due to how the company is run... that should tell you everything you need to know.
