PEST OFF

Hayden was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing and made sure he addressed all of our concerns. Completely happy with the service and so glad that we made the switch to Pest Off. Since switching 4 months ago, we havent had any significant problems and have seen a great reduction in bugs. Pest Off technicians dont just do a quick 10 minute drive by treatment; they do the entire job and take their time to ensure all areas are treated. So much more thorough than our previous pest control company. We signed up for Pest Off service a few months ago. We had two regular services and one re-service done. We still have a ton of ants, spiders, and bugs around the lower half of our house. The spray is ineffective. When the tech came back out for the re-service, he only put small granules in two spots for ants and sprayed one little spot for spiders. It did not work and we still have a major issue. My neighbor had a similar experience and switched from this bug company. We will be following suit and also switching once we are done with our contract. Seems to be a total waste of money for what we paid. Would NOT recommend this company. Pest Off (Formerly "Pest Patrol") is the my go-to for pest control in my homes. April and her team are not only friendly and personable, but they are always responsive when we need them. We've had two homes that use their services and so far we have been incredibly happy. They have helped us with general pest control, spiders, wasps, rodents, you name it - they've taken care of it. It's nice to not have to worry about it because I have seen the effectiveness of their work. In the two years we've used Pest Off, we haven't had any issues.
