Got glasses here for years but out of no where I guess they decided to no longer do glasses. When I called for a warranty issue and they informed me the glasses are no longer here I asked about warranty and the lady basically said not our issue. I spent more here specifically for the warranty and now I guess we're just all screwed over.

One star because I have made appointments at this office IN Meridian because that is the one I want to go to!!!! NOT BOISE. CHERRY OFFICE IN MERIDIAN AND each time I have made SURE it was at the right office. Ok. SO The one I made for an appointment I had tomorrow was changed because they put it at the wrong office!!!! They called me TODAY to verify Id be at the BOISE office tomorrow!!! What the heck is wrong with their scheduling people!!!????? This is not the 1st time either~ Im very unhappy right now with what theyve done to my appt! I dont think Ill be coming back at all now. Cannot treat your patients like this VISION QUEST ~ We have schedules ourselves ..very unorganized ~ therefore today 1 sorry.
AND PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW VQ ~ ITLL ONLY MAKE MATTERS WORSE!!

I have been using Vision Quest for years for my eye appointments and contacts. Now I find out they are only doing surgical as of January 1st, 2024. When I had my appointment in September 2023 I was not informed of this change. I needed to wait until January 2024 to order contacts and they told me I would be able to at my September appointment. I call January 12th and find out that is not the case as they no longer provide that service. Now I must find a way to order contacts on my own, at least I have a prescription. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!

The staff from the front office to Dr. Marley was wonderful, helpful and understanding of my urgent situation . Able to get me in the same day. And also made themselves available if I needed assistance in the future. Definitely recommend!!
